但丁·加百利·罗塞蒂（Dante Gabriel Rossetti, 1828年5月12日—1882年4月10日），是英国画家、诗人、插图画家和翻译家。 罗塞蒂是十九世纪最有个性的英国画家兼诗人，是英国拉斐尔前派画家的重要代表。他以女性为题材，作品弥漫着忧郁而伤感气氛，他不着力细节的描绘，但却注重表现女性的颈项美，罗塞蒂笔下的女性都有修长圆蕴的脖颈，使人过目不忘。
