春捂秋冻，大家最近要注意添衣保暖喔，不要“catch a chill”啦！大家肯定都知道chill是和冷、凉有关的。那么感冒的表达方法除了I have a cold 还有这几个表达方式：

• catch a chill （强调感冒是由天气引起的）
• catch a cold （强调通过他人的感染，也就是传染来的）

俗话说百病从寒起，好多怕寒的女孩子都需要take the chill off，即驱除…的寒气。

和chill相关的词组还有这个表示休闲、放松的意思：chill out 平静、放松下来。
